This was a great night in Heimathafen, I loved the QR Code to be able to see the pictures before ordering. I loved the Atmosphere, it’s a very unusual place, great people, fair prices and amazing food! I recommend to try the schafskaese, delicious thanks for a great night, we will come back!
I liked eating on a docked boat right on the river. The food was good and the service was decent. Luckily, I got there early so it wasn't too busy.
I'm so happy I came alone because this place was absolutely packed! I sat at the bar as groups of adult friends were at all of the tables. You don't have to wonder why there are so many people- it's because of the great food, great service and great prices and an amazing view of the water, even from the inside lower deck. The top deck is also amazing when the weather is good, and sunsets from the top are the best as they reflect off the water I've been here 4 times and this is first review, but I'm very happy to say that this restaurant is simply satisfying from the ambiance to the smell of the candles to the presentation of the handmaid ravioli I had. No crazy frills here, just a solid feeling like you get a little more than you paid for. Thank you Rohasch and Taba!
I am from Scotland and I always heard about how delicious the food was in Germany but in my 2 months here I genuinely struggled to find all great food , amazing atmosphere and most of all top customer service until I went to Heima Hafen restaurant. Just WOW. From the moment I arrived you instantly get a warm child like feeling. It’s a very impressive layout and options for inside or on the top deck with a stunning view of the water and boats passing by. The choice of food was excellent and great knowledge on vegan and vegetarian options. The head chef even came out during my meal to check everything was good with my food and i loved this as it shows the pride he takes in people enjoying his food. My evening was finished off with a great conversation with the owners. It was an all round fantastic experience. Thanks again a i will 100% be back.
I recommend sitting upstairs, the view is breathtaking, the service is fabulous and the food is great anyway!
Their food was delicious (we had pasta with shrimps,, and saumon).
